Sally Irrgang, MA, BSN, CPHQ Past President SallyIrrgang@comcast.net Sally has been in quality management roles since 1990. She is currently the Manager of Regulatory Quality at Medica Health Plan. Her role focuses on ensuring compliance with state and federal requirements related to quality. Clinical quality improvement projects are managed by her staff. Sally has a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Mankat and a masters in Health and Human Services Administration from St. Mary’s in Winona. She obtained her CPHQ in 2002. She is a registered nurse who worked in clinical settings for 18 years in the areas of orthopedics, cardiology, and oncology. She has enjoyed volunteering for MHQP for many years.   Back to Contact Us
