Heather Clark, MPH Secretary/Treasurer Heather.Clark@PreferredOne.com Heather is the Quality Management Director at PreferredOne. She holds a bachelor's degree in kinesiology and business management from the University of Minnesota. She worked for the Hennepin County Health Department for several years in program development and evaluation. Heather also received a master's degree in public health administration and policy from the University of Minnesota. She most recently led her organization through NCQA Accreditation for their HMO product and has managed people and programs in both public and private health care settings.   Back to Contact Us
